Considering that Copen Grand is a joint venture between two local developers, this latest offering from the land bank may not be the first or last time you’ll see the name spelled out in the air. If you’re in the market for a new place to call home, you might want to consider the following:
The site is a little less than a mile away from a major interchange on the Kranji Expressway, and will also be connected by MRT lines that will provide seamless interchanges to the rest of the island. The development has a limited supply, so do your homework before you make the leap.
The development will also come with a number of perks, including a snazzy new Arrival Clubhouse that is usually reserved for luxury developments. The site is also the brainchild of local developers CDL and MCL Land, who are well-known for their contributions to Singapore’s landscape, including the award-winning Leedon Green and Parc Esta.
